- Mark Figearo
- (CEO and Co-Owner) Mark has been in the construction business for over 30 years, and has run his own company, P-H-D Enterprises, for more than two decades. Mark holds SunPower Master Sales and Advanced Design and Installation Certifications. A licensed electrical contractor, Mark served on the Real Life Church construction team, which recently built the first USGBC Gold LEED certified church building in the country. He is also on the Board of Trustees with Trinity Classical Academy. Mark enjoys basketball with his two sons, and he loves being a first-time grandpa.
- Donald "DJ" Schramm
- (President and Co-Owner) D.J. is a founding partner of Green Convergence and has served the company as President since its inception in August 2008. Previously, he worked as the CEO for Chicago’s oldest union roofing and construction company, President of a roofing and waterproofing consulting firm in Los Angeles, and project manager for one of California’s largest union roofing contractors. Schramm studied Political Science at North Western Illinois University and holds numerous certificates in Energy Efficiency/Solar design and sales. Bringing over 32 years of roofing, waterproofing, sheet metal and construction experience to the table, DJ is a valued member of the Green Convergence family. Devoted husband and proud father of three children, he spends his Sundays teaching 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders at Real Life Chuch. DJ is an avid cyclist and rides with the Newhall Bicycle Company.
- Keith Graves
- (Director of Sales) Keith brings more than 20 years of construction sales experience to the team. He also has his NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) certification. Keith's wife, Jenn, teaches third grade, and his two daughters are excited to move from Ventura to Valencia to support our growing business. Keith's family enjoys anything outdoors together.
- Michael Guitard
- (Chief Electrician) With an electrical engineering degree from The University of Texas, El Paso, Mike worked in the aerospace industry before joining Green Convergence. Mike is also a devoted family man and avid cyclist.
- Ken Sherer
- (Senior Project Manager) Ken has been a Green Convergence team member since the beginning and serves as our Lead Project Manager. Ken overseas every job from start to finish and is our technical advisor for electrical design. He was a Sergeant in the United States Marine Core and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Previously, Ken was employed by Powerlite (Purchased by the SunPower Corporation) and has installed more than 300 residential and commercial solar energy systems. He has achieved SunPower Advanced Design and Advanced Installation Certifications and is on track to be the first SunPower Master Certified Installer. He is our go to guy in all things solar and an invaluable member of the Green Convergence family. Ken and his wife Kasey are the proud parents of two beautiful children, Ashton and Kaiyah.
- Erin Figearo
- (Systems Analyst) Erin has been a team member for over three years and serves Green Convergence in several areas. She holds Advanced Design certifications from SUNPOWER. As our lead Systems Analyst, Erin is responsible for residential and commercial system design as well as generating proposals. She overseas site planning and processes lease, utility, and permit paperwork. Erin executes purchase orders and coordinates resulting delivery schedules. Combining innate organizational skills and attention to detail with indefatigable work ethic, she is a pillar of the Green Convergence family. Erin’s beautiful daughter (and Mark’s granddaughter) Hailey can be seen around the office from time to time, giving us all a reason to smile.
- Judy Johnson
- Judy oversees the office’s financial accounts, payroll and insurance. She is blessed with a loving family: three wonderful children, a great son-in-law, and two terrific grandchildren. In her spare time, Judy enjoys studying history.
- Debbie Synnott
- (Special Projects/Marketing Manager) Debbie has been a team member since September of 2010. She serves Green Convergence by supervising all of our special projects, spearheading new marketing strategies and coordinating our daily production team. We found Debbie in our intern program while attending her final year of college. Upon graduation we felt compelled to offer her full time employment. Previously, Debbie was the project manager during construction of her last two homes, without the assistance of a general contractor! She holds a degree in Construction Management and multiple Green Building certificates from Southern California Edison. In December of 2011 she became a Building Performance Institute certified professional. Debbie donates her skills as a Makeup Artist to the Vasquez Rocks “The Passion” Easter Play, Coordinates Operation Christmas Child and is the Secretary for her Church. Debbie loves and is thankful for her children, Katie, Chris and Ty.
- Jessica Lynn Rojas
- Jessica serves Green Convergence as our Residential Sales Coordinator and is responsible for managing our "Boots on the Ground" team, as well as organizing our sales personnel to maximize productivity. Jessica began with Green Convergence as a BOTG team member. She displayed strong independent leadership skills compelling management to offer her full time employment while simultaneously advancing our policy of organic growth. She is the proud mother of a beautiful young boy and girl, and a vital member of the Green Convergence family.
- Green Convergence’s key staff has solar panels on their homes.
- Mark remodeled his home with energy-efficient LED landscape lighting, high-efficiency air conditioning, Energy Star appliances and dual-glaze windows. Likewise, DJ carries his reusable SunPower shopping bag at the grocery store, and he often cycles to business meetings. Green Convergence is serious about recycling, too. All job waste is loaded into a SunPower SunPack, and taken to be recycled.
