Mark Figearo
(CEO and Co-Owner) Mark has been in the construction business for over 30 years, and has run his own company, P-H-D Enterprises, for more than two decades. Mark holds SunPower Advanced Sales, Design and Installation Certifications. A licensed electrical contractor, Mark served on the Real Life Church construction team, which recently built the first Gold LEED certified church building in the country. He is also on the Board of Trustees with Trinity Classical Academy. Mark enjoys basketball with his two sons, and he loves being a first-time grandpa.

Donald "DJ" Schramm
(President and Co-Owner) DJ Schramm has 28 years of commercial roofing, sheet metal, and waterproofing experience. A licensed roofing contractor, DJ has been CEO of Chicago’s oldest union roofing and construction companies, president of a roofing and waterproofing consulting firm in Los Angeles, and project manager of one of California’s largest union roofing contractors, which worked on prestigious projects such as the Getty, the Venetian, and the Bellagio. DJ owns a roofing company, Roof This, and he works with Mark on the Real Life Church construction team. DJ teaches kids at church every Sunday, and serves Santa Clarita through his work with the homeless and Single Mothers Outreach.

Michael Guitard
(Chief Electrician) With an electrical engineering degree from The University of Texas, El Paso, Mike worked in the aerospace industry before joining Green Convergence. Mike is also a devoted family man and avid cyclist.

Ken Sherer
(Project Manager) An Iraq Marine veteran, Ken performed more than 200 residential and solar installations for Power Light (purchased by the SunPower corporation). Ken is working toward his NABCEP certification. Ken has achieved SunPower Advanced Design and Advanced Installation Certifications. He and his wife have a young son.

Greg Kindy
(LEED AP) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Accredited Professional.  Greg is a Green-Building Advisor for our clientele. He is the author of a paper produced just for Green Convergence entitled “Daylight: Even Better” which can be found on our website. He is also re-designing our offices and warehouse. When complete, the Green Convergence Suite will display various features demonstrating energy-efficiency, healthy atmosphere, and smart systems. As we expand our range of services, Greg brings a diverse background and seasoned experience to our team.

Erin Figearo
(Systems Specialist) When calling to schedule a solar estimate or installation, Erin's is the voice you'll hear. Erin is responsible for residential and commercial design. As a new mom to Mark's granddaughter, Erin also makes our business proposals.

Judy Johnson
Judy oversees the office’s financial accounts, payroll and insurance. She is blessed with a loving family: three wonderful children, a great son-in-law, and two terrific grandchildren. In her spare time, Judy enjoys studying history.

Green Convergence’s key staff has solar panels on their homes.

• In addition, Mark remodeled his home with energy-efficient LED landscape lighting, high-efficiency air conditioning, Energy Star appliances and dual-glaze windows.
• Likewise, DJ carries his reusable SunPower shopping bag at the grocery store, and he often cycles to business meetings.

Green Convergence is serious about recycling, too.
All job waste is loaded into a SunPower SunPack, and taken to be recycled.
